2 Hour SUP Board Hire (Bosham)

SUP (stand up paddle boarding) is an exciting alternative for water lovers who are looking for a new thrill. You propel yourself on a large stable board in the water and use the paddle to steer. It takes some practice, but once you've got the hang of being able to balance on the board and have perfected your paddle technique, expect to be bitten by the bug and gliding across the water like a smooth operator in no time at all.

When we run our 1 x 1 hour group introductory taster session / lesson with 1 hour free hire afterwards every day Friday through to Monday & every Wednesday of the week 1 hour before high tide in Bosham near Chichester, we also bring along some spare boards plus equipment for those people who are simply interested in hiring a board & paddle (leash, helmet and buoyancy aid) for themselves as they already have the basics and can get on with paddle boarding without supervision.

Meeting Point: We meet in Bosham Pay & Display Car Park which is just 5 mins walk from where we enter the water near the Shoreside Cafe in Bosham at the corner of Bosham Lane and Shore Road. There are toilets within the car park to get changed if you need to.

Once you book your SUP hire day we will contact you & inform you of your start time, based upon the tide, a few days before (as this product can only be delivered on the high tide)

For hire we provide all the necessary equipment and expert tuition apart from wetsuits (which can be hired from us if needed). After you have booked all you need do is turn up & be able-bodied, and able to swim 50m to participate.

Please Note: If anyone is under 14 but over 10 all we ask is that a parent or guardian accompany them and vouch for their swimming ability (sorry no one under 10 years)

You must be able bodied and able to swim 50m to hire / use equipment we loan to you.

Water, towel, hat, sun cream, sun glasses plus a wet suit if you have one and shoes you don't mind getting wet (if you don't have a wetsuit we can hire you one)

You have 2 hours of paddle board hire under your own supervision ensuring that you return to the start point once you have finished with all your equipment.
