Boat Trip Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to the activity start time. Cancellations less than 48 hours will not be refunded. In the case of cancellation by COAST due to weather or technical reasons, we aim to provide at least 48 hours notice and aim to reschedule or refund. Public trips require a minimum number of passengers; if not met, we reserve the right to cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Snorkel Taster Session Cancellation/Refund Policy:

* If the event is cancelled due to unfavourable weather (at the instructors discretion) or unforeseen circumstances, we will where possible reschedule to another event. Alternatively, you will be entitled to a full refund if you wish.

* If you are unable to attend the event, we will offer a full refund if the cancellation is made no later than one week before the date of the event.

* Any cancellation made within one week of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

* The instructors reserve the right to refuse participation in the event if they suspect client(s) are under the influence of alcohol/drugs - in this instance the session would be non-refundable.

Shore Scramble Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please note, these events are non-refundable unless COAST & the NTS cancel. We shore scramble in most weather (a bit of rain doesn't put us off, please wear appropriate gear). We will use our discretion if we feel weather conditions deem going out on the shore unsafe. In the unlikely event COAST do cancel, we will issue a full refund for each space reserved, and aim to contact you via email and telephone prior to the event. We will also share announcements on social media, and ensure someone is at the meeting place in the event you don't get the message.
