    Starting 27 June every Thursday evening if weather is fair. If you would like me to host a SUP Yoga event on another day , then please send me a message . £20 if you have your own board to join in and ADD ON £15 for board hire. Half an hour paddle there and back with an hours yoga in between. Experience the tranquillity and beauty of Maidenhead, Berkshire by joining Paddleboard Maidenhead for an unforgettable SUP Yoga session at sunset. Enjoy a calming paddle out to Ray Mill Island (where boards can be hired) or Boulters Lock (if you're bringing your own board), followed by an hour-long yoga practice on the boards. Relax as Tara, our experienced yoga teacher and SUP coach leads you through gentle postures to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. This two-hour experience is perfect for beginners looking to learn more about both yoga and paddling in tranquil surroundings.     In light of recent press coverage of water quality of the Thames,

    we are part of a local river watch group to assess E.coli levels- Link to test results. Weekly tests show levels generally considered to be safe (less than a count of 100) and the results are actually in the "Excellent" category for bathing water based on the Environmental Agency criteria. At present wild swimmers are enjoying this stretch of the Thames every day!

    Itinerario

    You must of paddleboarded before ,you don't have to fast just have the basic skills. The yoga we practice on the boards is mainly lying and sitting down, nothing complicated or tricky, super relaxing!
