This session will include an introduction to paddle boarding if you need one! Followed by a relaxing SUP Yoga session. This is a fantastic way to get a feel for the stability of a paddleboard.
The boards will be attached to our SUP Yoga dock so we will stay anchored together.
There is no previous experience required for paddle boarding or yoga! So try something new today!
We provide all equipment.
