Descripción

This 6-hour Emergency Paediatric First Aid qualification is suitable for those who have an interest in child and infant Basic Life Support, including parents, guardians and family members.


This qualification is awarded by First Aid Awards, an awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual and SQA Accreditation.


During this comprehensive 1-day course learners will participate in a mix of classroom-based theory and practical scenarios based on real-life first aid examples.


Upon successful completion learners will receive a Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid e-certificate valid for 3 years from date of course.


Requisitos

Participants must be 16 years of age or older.

Qué traer

Pen & paper is optional for those who like to take notes, however we can provide these on the day if required, and you will be provided a comprehensive First Aid manuals as part of the course.


Light refreshments will be available during the course, but participants will be required to bring their own packed lunch and water bottles.

Itinerario

The day will consist of approximately 6 hours of contact learning time with the instructor, 30 minutes allowed for lunch around midday and lots of little 5-minute breaks dotted about the day. Plenty of toilet and refreshment breaks will be offered throughout the day.
