If you are a confident wind surfer and would like to get on the water with a group of likeminded people, this is the opportunity for you!

Hire equipment from SWSA: board, sail, rig, wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and take to the water under the supervision of our RYA instructor with the provision of a safety boat.

If you require some more practice and training, then look to book in for a ‘Community Windsurfing – Windsurfing Tuition’ session.

Limited equipment is available to rent, so do not miss out and book now!

Requisitos

Minimum age is 8
Able to uphaul the sail; sail across the wind; perform a basic turn and sail back again.
Being confident in the water is essential

Qué traer

We provide all the equipment required to take part in Windsurfing, however you will need:

Swimwear for under the wetsuit
Footwear - an old pair of trainers or water shoes (this is a MUST) not crocs or sliders.
A towel for afterwards.
A drink and snack for afterwards

Itinerario

After being greeted by the team you will get changed and go through a safety briefing.

Soon you will be on the water on your own surfboard.
