My favourite Pilates studio and teacher in England! Tony is a thorough and fun teacher. He tailored the class to accommodate an injury I have, and strengthened my body to help me heal and prevent future injuries. It was also an amazing workout! Highly recommend.

This session was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Tony was fantastic. He was really welcoming and gave very clear instructions to help us get the most out of each exercise and maintain good form. I've rediscovered muscles that have been asleep for a long time and felt like I walked out an two inches taller. Will definitely be going back and would recommend in a heartbeat. Thanks Tony!

Had a great duo reformer session with my husband whilst away on holiday and it was the perfect start to the morning. Tony had clearly looked through our forms and was able to tailor exercises to our ability levels whilst noting what would help with our day to day activities and other sports we do. A very knowledgeable guy and great fun. Could not recommend more - he’s managed to convert my other half!
