Who is this session suitable for?

You’re never too old to try something new and maybe you might just get hooked

This stand up paddleboard session is open to all abilities, from complete beginners, to those who have paddled before.

1. All abilities from complete beginners to those who have paddled before.
2. Must be able to swim and be confident in water (you will likely be falling in the lake)
3. Have the flexibility to get from kneeling to standing unassisted.
4. Be aged 8 or over - U11s must be accompanied by a family member on the water.
5. You will need to be able to swim and be confident in the water. 

How much does it cost?

1. £39 per adult
2. £32 per under 18
3. This price includes water fees, parking, wetsuits, all SUP and safety equipment, and tuition.

What will we be doing in the session?

1. Master basic skills like standing up and turning
2. Develop more advanced skills
3. Races and games
4. Try out the tandem and XL boards
5. Play SUP Polo a team game with special paddles that allow you to scoop and throw the ball to your goal (Think Lacrosse on a Paddle Board Its great fun :)

What will be provided?

1. Quality wetsuits
2. Neoprene tops (in warm weather)
3. Windproof jackets (in cold weather)
4. Hot/cold drinks & biscuits
5. Shower and changing facilities

What do you need to bring?

1. Swimwear and shorts
2. Shoes for walking around the carpark
3. Suncream and sunhat
4. Water bottle
5. Towel
6. Any medications you may need e.g. inhalers
7. Your own wetsuit if you have one

Cancellation and Bad Weather

Occasionally, due to bad weather (high winds), instructor availability or very low booking numbers, we may need to cancel your paddle board session. On these occasions we will attempt to reschedule your lesson, and if this is not an option, we will offer you a credit voucher or full refund. We will always endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to discuss the options with you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will need to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please email or call us on 07984247519.
