The minimum age for this session is 8 years old.

This is our midweek outdoor archery session that is aimed to introduce mindfulness, skill acquisition and social engagement into your busy week.

In this session you will be introduced to range safety, archery equipment and the techniques required to successfully and safely use the recurve bow and to improve your technique and enjoyment of this fantastic sport.

We aim to be as inclusive as possible and ask that you let us know if you have any particular requirements at point of booking.

Wheelchair access is available on site and does not prohibit access to or use of our ranges.

Customers should bring the following:

A sense of fun and adventure

A willingness to learn

Snacks

Water bottle / drinks

On arrival you will be met by one of the team and taken to the range where you will meet the rest of your group.

During the mandatory safety briefing you will be introduced to the range, the equipment and shooting techniques.

You will then be provided with individual 121 instruction in how to fire the recurve bow and progress onto free shooting as part of a group of archers firing simultaneously.

Archery can be competitive, but our Coaches will work with you to ensure you get the most enjoyment from the session, matching equipment to ability and helping you identify and achieve personal goals and successes.
