This option is for renting the paddle boards only (one person per board). There will be only a short safety briefing for paddling the river Thames and no further instructions. Previous experience on a paddle board is expected.

1. minimum age for bookings is 18
2. good health condition
3. participants should be confident in the water and be able to swim with a buoyancy aid for at least 50m

2. sun protection
3. suitable clothing (light weight in summer, wetsuit in winter and colder weather)
4. optional a towel and clothes to get changed after the paddle session
