Perfect for beginners to get introduced in paddle boarding and learn the basics of paddle boarding. The lesson will be 45-60 min, depending on needs and it allows some time for free paddling to enjoy the beautiful wildlife on the river Thames.
Requirements
minimum age for bookings is 18
good health condition
participants should be confident in the water and be able to swim with a buoyancy aid for at least 50m
What to bring
water bottle
sun protection
suitable clothing (light weight in summer, wetsuit in winter and colder weather)
optional a towel and cloth ores to get changed after the paddle session
