Symbolically, the summer solstice represents awakening, enlightenment, and the triumph of light over dark. Honouring the summer solstice with an outdoor swim creates an intimacy with nature that has been all but lost in the modern world.

And afterwards enjoying a warming Hot Chocolate around a firepit.

What You Need:

1. swimsuit, swim shoes or old trainers (I recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes for ease of changing) Wear a wetsuit if you prefer, however, it is not a requirement (there are so many fantastic benefits of exposing your body to cold water!)

1. Please bring plenty of warm clothes for afterwards, including a dry hat & gloves, even on a warmer day.

1. Duration: approximately 2 hrs

1. £15 per person (over 18's only) which includes a rustic flower crown and hot chocolate afterwards
