Pop up sauna's are coming to D&G!
Something exciting is on the horizon!
Over the next few months I’m teaming up with Sauna at the Sea to bring you pop-up sauna and cold water immersion experiences in four stunning locations across Dumfries and Galloway.
From the stillness of a loch to the rush of a river, and the bracing waters of the sea, each spot will offer a unique chance to embrace the elements and soak in the natural beauty of the region.
Wednesday 25th JUNE ~ Clatteringshaws Loch 5.30–8.30pm
Saturday 19th JULY ~ River Cree, 3–6pm
Sunday 17th AUGUST ~ Loch Ken, 2-5pm
Saturday 13th SEPTEMBER ~ Carrick Shore 2–5pm
Whether you’re seeking the intense heat of the sauna or the invigorating chill of the water, this journey promises to be an unforgettable adventure.
