An invigorating walk along the Water of Trool to the head of Loch Trool where we will stop for a refreshing swim.

This is a constructed path which is rough in parts. It is an out and back route of approximately 4 miles, but we will take it slowly, with lots of photo opportunities!

You'll be sure to get your heart rate going whilst also enjoying some spectacular scenery!

Afterwards there will be an opportunity to enjoy a well deserved coffee and cake at the Glentrool Forest Cafe.
