Paddleboard Maidenhead offers an early morning experience that will soothe the soul and make you feel more connected to nature. starting nice and early so you can catch the kingfishers and herons as they set themselves up for a day of work!

With their knowledgeable guide Phil by your side, you'll explore the riverbanks of Maidenhead while admiring local wildlife such as kingfishers, herons and other birds. It's the perfect way to start your day - fitness, fun, and tranquillity all wrapped into one!

Safety is paramount here; don't worry about having to carry any electric pumps as none are used at Boulters Lock due to its proximity to residential homes; buoyancy aids are provided for under 18s and strongly recommended for everyone else. Friday Morning locations will vary between Hurley, Marlow, Cookham, Boulters and Windsor. Wednesday Mornings will be much more Cardio and fitness based and will always be from Bouters.

You can paddle non stop for 90 minutes at 2-4 mph. Ideally you have completed our SUP Skills, Safety and Rescue course
