Creek Paddles

Had a wonderful private lesson with Liz. It was with my friend and I and neither of us had ever done this before! Liz was really good at explaining everything and making us feel at ease. We could go at our own pace which meant that we were never uncomfortable at any time. She took pictures on our behalf so we could just concentrate. Looking to go again with the rest of the family.

Had the most lovely evening out on the river with Liz. Lots of tips and encouragement to try things out but no pressure, everything was at our own pace. A fun challenge for mind and body that left me wonderfully relaxed by the time we stepped back ashore. Looking forward to going back!

Had a fantastic morning with Liz at Longside lake, with a beginners ready to ride session. First time paddle boarders, Liz was very patient, explained things clearly and helped me (with notoriously poor balance) get up and confident within minutes-despite a couple of refreshing dips! We are already booking our next lesson!
