Skills and fitness for Sea Kayaking

Disgrifiad

I have 8 places available for this session. This is a session for improvers+ (You will have at least 6 months of paddling behind you). If you wish to get out onto the sea, this session will help improve your boat handling and fitness to enjoy sea trips. We will cover forward paddling at varying speeds, edging, sculling, bow and stern rudders and more. All participants will already be confident forward paddling and wear a spraydeck.
