Welcome to my Women's Wellness Day, a day brimming with serenity, reflection, and uplifting energy which promises to be a harmonious blend of nature, mindfulness, and self-care.

The day at a glance

Begin your day with an immersive experience from Christy at Way of the Wild forest bathing. Bask in the tranquil ambiance of ancient woodlands, engaging all your senses and allowing the serene environment to wash over you.

This will be followed by a revitalizing session of Cold Water Immersion with myself; Sarah of Swim the Lochs: a practice that invigorates the body, mind, and soul.

Lunchtime; enjoy a wholesome and delicious communal lunch which will provide the perfect opportunity to foster new friendships and engage in conversation with like-minded women.

The day’s tranquillity continues with a deeply therapeutic Sound Bath with Annie of Ground Sound Grow. Let the harmonious vibrations dissolve any lingering stress and promote inner peace.

End your day with a restorative session of Yoga from Justine at Yoga Venture Scotland, easing out tension and fostering a sense of equilibrium and presence.
