Surf Body Fitness

Our weekly bodyweight workouts focus on a different muscle group depending on which day of the week it is! Each session will help to enhance your strength, endurance and stamina whilst focusing on particular areas of the body which will not only help your surfing fitness, but enable you to feel fitter and stronger during any daily activity!
