Unforgettable experience on the River Barrow!

My wife and I had an unforgettable 3-hour kayaking trip with Pure Adventure today. It was just the three of us with our guide, Philip, which created a wonderful, family-like atmosphere. Philip was extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. He explained everything perfectly right from the start, including all health and safety guidelines, making us feel completely safe throughout the journey. Thanks to him, we discovered so many beautiful natural wonders. It was also a fantastic touch that he took photos of us during the tour, giving us wonderful memories to look back on. I highly recommend this company to everyone; this level of exceptional customer service is sadly hard to find these days.

Went for a 3-hour workout kayaking along the river here last Saturday. A lovely experience, perhaps not suited for the very young in kayaks on their own - ours are 6 and 9 and were exhausted with 30 mins to go. The scenic route is lovely, passing through the locks is quaint and the "rapids" is good crack. The guides are responsible and friendly, especially poor Phillip, who got the short end of the stick with my missus.

Myself and my 4 kids went kayaking on the river barrow 4 years ago with Patrick at pure adventure and we returned this year, Patrick is a great instructor and took great care ensuring everybody was comfortable on the water. Ciara his assistant was superb also. I highly recommend pure adventure for a day of fun !!
