Stand Up Paddleboarding with Ana

What a fantastic afternoon paddleboarding on the Medway in Tonbridge! It was my first time, and our instructor was warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me the confidence to try standing up and made the whole experience so enjoyable.

The scenery was beautiful and so peaceful — we saw swans, a heron and even a kingfisher. We stopped for lunch and later enjoyed a cider at the pub on the river. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for beginners!

What a picture perfect setting Ana has from SUP with Ana. We had a wonderful evening for our first paddle boarding experience. Useful and informative instructions with wonderful conversation and beautiful views. The evening with Ana was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you Ana.

Just Wow, what a wonderful time had with Ana!

Booked a private session to reconnect with my brother after not seeing him for a few years as he lives in Oz. Perfect day out - 3 1/2 hours of 🌞, 🌊, stunning 🌿 and chilled out vibes all the way.

Ana was lovely, so personable. She also knew a lot about the flora and fauna we encountered en route which was a huge bonus for me as I'm all about the wildlife.

It was my first time Paddleboarding and she put me totally at ease - not too formal in approach, I think she gauge's a person's confidence and ability really quickly and is adaptable in how she coaches.

We had such a laugh on the river, it was like we were out with a mate - I cannot recommend highly enough, total ⭐.

I have fallen in love with Paddleboarding and will definitely be booking more SUP experiences with Ana in the future 🙏.
