WHITSTABLE BOAT TOURS
Welcome to Whitstable boat tours (Boat trip Ltd). We specialise in taking groups of up to 12 people out to the Maunsell Forts on the Red Sand off Whitstable. From Whitstable harbour, it’s a 15-minute journey out to the forts, where you’ll be given a brief talk on the fortifications and their history. These structures look like the striding machines from the classic novel war of the worlds; they are seven miles from the Kent coast and 7 miles from the Essex coast.

Fascinating trip to the Forts. Very impressive fast twin hull boat. Lucky with weather so were on deck, looked like inside would have been good in rain. Have about a hundred photos! Thanks for organising, Kirsty.

Well worth the trip out to the Red sands forts plenty of time to take pictures and videos . Best to book in advance as spaces fill up quickly.
