West Bay Canoes

We had a wonderful family canoe trip. John was great with loads of local history knowledge and wildlife . We were lucky to see both a kingfisher in flight and a water vole.

John was a fantastic guide and incredibly friendly. He replies to any messages or questions very quickly and is always happy to help in any way. On the tour he was great at telling us about the area and history of the river, as well as taking photos and giving us space to canoe on our own. Definitely would do it again.

6 of us had the most fantastic afternoon on the river yesterday with John. John was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as we canoed up river. It was a perfect relaxing activity for our family hen do and has inspired us to get onto the water more often.  Would definitely recommend if you want to see Bridport from a different perspective and escape the crowds on land. Thank you John.

We wanted to celebrate our achievements and hard work across the year, so me and the Team decided on canoeing. We had a fantastic time with West Bay Canoes. Nick, our guide, was very knowledgeable and made sure we all knew what we were doing and that we were all having a good time. I will definitely go again and probably take the family
