We are a family of four, plus a dog, and just back from an exceptional experience with West Bay Canoes.  It really was money and time very well spent! The trip is a guided tour from west bay to Bridport along the River Brit.  Our guide was Nick.  Nick made sure we all stayed dry, coached us through the corners and through the trees.  Shared many interesting facts with us, was brilliant with our children and generally a lovely human.  This really is a great way to spend a sunny morning.   Thank you!

Had an absolutely brilliant group trip with West Bay Canoes in West Bay, Dorset, paddling up the river Brit. The highlight was learning about the hangman’s rope – a bit creepy but super interesting!

The canoes were comfy and easy to handle, perfect even if you’re not a pro. The guide was fantastic, full of great stories and local history that made the trip really special. The scenery was stunning, and it was such a peaceful way to spend the day.

The staff were lovely and made sure we all had a great time. Highly recommend this for a fun and different day out! Can’t wait to do it again!
