Good local gym with friendly staff, usually not very busy and decent amount of equipment. The swimming and shower facilities are quite basic but as expected for the price

I wanted to write a review to say a huge thank you for getting me set up with a swim membership today. I was helped by a young lady named Storm, who couldn’t have been more welcoming, sweet or encouraging.

Storm showed me the lovely new facilities, explained the special offers on memberships and let the site sell itself without any pressure. I ended up signing up there and then because of how great Storm was. She even helped me to download the app so I could book my classes or sessions for the following day.

I’m really pleased with my experience and I’m really looking forward to making the most of my membership now. I wish all customer facing staff were as kind and genuine as Storm, what a star!

Such a great place: gym, swimming pool and a little cafe. Everyone is friendly, a good place to go to exercise.
