• Follow the tidal flow from Bantham Quayside to the beach
• Walk back over the Ham before swimming the route a second time
• Swim to Rock and back as part of the session

Swim adventure from Bantham Quayside to the beach with the tidal flow.

Approximately 750m swim but assisted by the flow, we can even walk back over the Ham and swim it twice.
