Paddling through stunning landscapes on the calm and tranquil Essex & Suffolk Stour, your 14 miles journey allows for 6-7 hours paddle-time with time to stop for lunch at The Eight Bells in Bures.

Along the way, you'll have plenty of opportunities to take in beautiful views and amazing wildlife.

Trip price includes a scheduled morning transfer from Nayland where you leave your car to the start point in Sudbury.

Min Age: 16 when accompanied by a parent.

All participants must be competent swimmers.

Please dress for the weather. When kayaking remember you will get a wet bottom so avoid cottons which are cold and heavy when wet - synthetic sports wear is best with footwear that you don't mind being wet.
