A Session designed for 3 - 6 people to get out on the lake and relax
Description
Discover a renewed zest for life and inner confidence as you take on a new challenge out on the water. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about SUP, whilst you take time out for yourself, reconnect with nature, and de-stress on our beautiful lake.
Requirements
Parents or Legal Guardians must be in attendance at all times for under 18's and accompany them during the activity.Minimum age is 8 years but there is a little bit of flexibility there so please contact us to discuss.
What to bring
Please bring the following with you:
Bottle of Water
A Towel
Old trainers or wetsuit booties
Please leave valuables at home or securely in your car. We have limited space to store valuable items securely.
Itinerary
After our safety briefing we ease onto the lake with full tuition to feel comfortable kneeling, standing and moving! We journey around the lake learning our paddling skills as we go. There's time to sit and chill before we head back to shore.
