    Returning for the third year, Llys Y Fran will be hosting the Climb of the Llys Y Fran Lake on Saturday 13th April 2024.


    For £20.00 per person, each competitor will get the opportunity to ride two fierce 0.5 mile hills in one minute intervals, allowing all competitors the time to reach the top!

    This open event is suitable for individuals from the ages of 8 years old right up to masters.


    Races include:


    1. Youth D (8-10 Years Old) Female/Male
    2. Youth C (11-12 Years Old) Female/Male
    3. Youth B (13-14 Years Old) Female/Male
    4. Youth A (15-16 Years Old) Female/Male
    5. Junior (17-18 Years Old) Female/Male
    6. Espoir (19- 22 Years Old) Female/Male
    7. Senior (23-39 Years Old) Female/Male
    8. Masters (40+ Years Old) Female/Male


    To book, select how many competitors at £20.00 per person and identify what race they require on the Add On option.


    On the day, competitors will get:

    Requirements

    Before travelling to Llys y Fran, we ask that you follow the current government advice and do not travel if you have any of the following symptoms:


    1. A high temperature: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).


    1. A new, continuous cough: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).


    1. A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste: this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.


    To ensure the safety of our customers and staff we ask you to sign a health declaration confirming you are free of symptoms.



    What to bring

    We have changing facilities with warm showers and toilets. Lockers are available with a refundable £1.00.


    *Please Note: Helmets are compulsory for this event.
