    At a discounted rate for Wildlife Trust Members, come and see the ospreys at Llyn Brenig using our specially modified hide. The hide is just 140m from the nest and is fitted with comfy seats, lens gimbals, 1 way glass and snoods for long lenses and scopes. North Wales Wildlife Trust staff will be on hand with advice, up to date information about the birds and their behaviour.


    Your information will be passed to the North Wales Wildlife Trust, solely to enable them to manage your booking and shall not be shared or used in any other capacity.


    Please note that due to the risk of disturbance, dogs are not permitted. Visitors must also respect the need to speak quietly when near the nest. Noise that could disturb the ospreys is not permitted.


    This activity is weather permitting, and may be cancelled under certain conditions such as high winds.

    No previous knowledge or experience is required

    What to bring

    It's not necessary to bring your own optical equipment, as some is provided. However,you are welcome to bring your own and mount long lenses and scopes on the gimbals provided.




    Itinerary
    1. Attendees are asked to go the visitor centre to check in, before driving to the Wildlife Trust lookout, where their staff will be waiting for you.
    2. Wildlife Trust staff will be on hand to tell you all you need to know about the Brenig ospreys

A wonderful place to visit during summer. A descent cafe with some adventures to do. You can do mountain biking and rent a boat do the lake ride for almost an hour. It’s very affordable and with great views.
