Take your Welsh Water adventure on to the water by hiring one of our Kayaks.

Description

One person per craft. Take to the water to enjoy the lake and its natural beauty. Suitable for children 8 and over, for under 18's read the information below. Our pricing is based on per craft, not per person.

We reserve the right to withdraw access to the water if the conditions are not suitable.

When you arrive, please head straight to our Activity hub where our team will check you in.

6 to 7 years old - can be on a craft but must be accompanied on the same craft with another paddler over 18.

8 to 13 years old – Can paddle their own craft with someone over 18 supervising them, but they must also be on the water with a craft.

14 to 17 years old – Can paddle their own craft on the water with a guardian (18+) supervising from the water or from the bank.

What to bring

For all water based activity you will be provided with a buoyancy aid, wetsuit and helmet.

What to bring:

1.Swimsuit for under your wetsuit

2.Trainers that don't slip off ( they will get wet!)

3.Change of clothes

4.Towel

5.Sun Cream

6.Bottle of water

Itinerary

Water sports kit provided
safety talk from activity team
craft and paddle familiarisation and instruction/ launching
instruction for manoeuvring the craft on water/ disembarking
take a trip around our water sports area on your Kayak
Come back to the centre to drop off your kit.

Lovely places to visit, lots of walks and nice views. You can hire bikes it you wanna go a bit further. We didn't go in the actual centre apart from paying for parking ,so can't comment on that. Paths are well marked ...
