Free ranger led walking tour
Description
Join our rangers for a three hour guided walk along the Nant y Gro route in the Elan Valley. The tour will include details of Nant y Gro's famous past and you will get to enjoy wonderful views across the Caban reservoir.
The walk is roughly 5km long and follows footpath and open hillside. It can be strenuous in places and does involve several steps and a steep hill climb. Walking boots and waterproofs are recommended!
This free event is on Thursday 21st August starting at 1pm. Booking essential.

Staff in the cafe were absolutely lovely. Enjoyed breakfasts baps which were tasty before heading on a lovely long walk (Gro Hill isn't easy for somebody who isn't fit). Lovely views along the way.
