Exclusive Elan Fest Dam Yoga Class

Description

This is an exclusive chance to join a yoga class in one of the most stunning locations in Mid-Wales.

Join us for a slow flow yoga session connecting mind and body with nature in a breaktaking setting. We are delighted to host the first yoga session on the central platform of Pen Y Garreg Dam in the heart of the Elan Valley.

As part of a small group, we'll be working with themes of fluidity and strength to reflect our lake and woodland surroundings.

Your yoga instructor Rosie has over 10 years teaching experience and her classes bring together vinyasa, iyengar and restorative yoga with functional movement and breathwork. This class is open to all levels, but is not suitable for absolute beginners.

Mats can be provided, comfortable clothes with layers are also suggested to aid movement.

Note this session is outdoors and will be subject to weather conditions. There is a series of steps to access the dam and central tower. In the instance of severe weather, the session will be cancelled/ postponed and refunded.
