The Paddle Centre

I had a great experience with the Paddle Centre. I was booked onto a "paddle and pub" excursion that had to be cancelled last-minute. To make up for this, I was offered half price kayak hire. The friendly staff went out of their way to make me feel safe going out on my own. I would highly recommend.

Great service, friendly staff, simple but excellent facilities- small but great changing/ toilet blocks. Easy parking and into the water easily. Lovely spot to go kayaking through all the boats, under bridges and even a stop at the lovely Floaters Cafe.

My friend, husband and I had a great time paddleboarding out on the river. We had a brief safety talk which made us feel confident out on the river, and were set up quickly with our equipment. There were good facilities there - toilets, changing room, refreshments etc. We'll be sure to visit again.
