Surf Fit Pilates

After sustaining a debilitating injury (rupturing my achilles) I was very nervous about returning to exercise but Tony has slowly and steadily helped me regain not only strength but confidence in my body and mind. Every session is beautifully tailored and Tony always explains how each move is targeting different muscles and ligaments. A year on from my injury and I've never felt stronger and that's down to Tony. Forever grateful. Caitlin

Been to Tony’s for one on one Pilates and he is very good at making you feel comfortable and explaining each move and what that does to your body. I would definitely recommend him even and give it a go if you have never done it before.

Great experience with Tony doing a duo reformer Pilates class with my husband! Lovely studio, Tony is very welcoming and clearly knows his stuff. He did a great job of tailoring the exercises to our different levels, and recognising where he could push us further or where we were struggling. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!
