    1. All participants must be water confident and be able to swim at least 50m unaided

    What to bring
    1. suitable clothing to go on the water
    2. a towel and a change of clothing for after the activity
    3. small amount of money for post session refreshments
    1. Arrive approximately 15 minutes before session and sign in
    2. you'll be kitted up with a paddleboard, paddle and buoyancy aid.
    3. your instructor will provide a safety brief and get you on the water, after a warm up paddle you will attach your board to a floating line where the Pilates will be begin.
    4. after the session you will get a chance to take a short paddle around the lagoon before returning to shore .
