  • Description

If you are new to Stand Up Paddleboarding our beginner lessons are for you. Our Qualified instructor led sessions on the SSSI Lagoon at Calshot will see you standing up and paddling with confidence.

Your 2 hour session is split into two defined sections, during the first section you will develop an understanding of equipment: learn how to turn as well as paddle in a straight line and master how to recover yourself should you fall off the board, the second section you will develop your newly acquired skills on a mini adventure around the lagoon with some coaching top tips and some information on paddling at Calshot and the surrounding area.

Our Beginner SUP sessions have a maximum ratio of 1 instructor to 8 students in order to comply with national governing body recommendations and ensure we are able to develop you over the duration of the session.

    Minimum age 12 years old.

All under 18's must be accompanied by a participating adult
