This clinic aims to help wing foilers improve their jumping techniques, from basic hops to

advanced aerial tricks. The session will focus on building confidence and skill in executing jumps.

Session Inclusions:

1. Jumping Basics: Introduction to the fundamentals of jumping, including takeoff and landing
2. techniques.
3. Advanced Aerials: Progressing to more complex jumps and tricks, such as spins and grabs.
4. Safety and Control: Emphasising safe practices and control during jumps to prevent injuries.
5. Progression Drills: Structured drills to practice and perfect different jumping techniques.
