    Requirements

    No kayaking experience required, must be comfortable with being in water.

    What to bring

    Bring a towel to dry off afterwards and sandals or trainers that may get wet.


    Sunscreen if it is sunny and a snack and drink would be advised.


    Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and paddles are included.

    Itinerary

    On arrival you will be introduced to your guide and then given a wetsuit and buoyancy aid to put on.


    You will then be shown how to get in and out of the kayak, how to paddle forwards, stop and how to change direction.


    When all paddlers are ready you will sit on your kayaks and gently enter the water from the slip way.


    Your paddling adventure will follow the Penryn river onto the Carrick Roads and towards Flushing. Every trip is different, you may see oyster catchers, cormorants, seals, dolphins and on the rare occasion, even tuna!
