    Experienced local trainer Nathan has designed fun and educational 45 minute group training session where you will:

    🦵🏾Increase lower body strength.


    Using an extensive range of high quality gym-grade equipment (which includes Olympic lifting bars and weight plates), I combine a range of strength building and core related exercises to increase overall body strength.
