For any cancellations or reschedules, we must receive advance notice a minimum 48 hours prior to the session start date.

UK Active Outdoors Ltd reserves the right to cancel a session if:

The group size is inadequate (For Battle Archery Only – Require minimum of 6 participants).
If our staff are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do all we can to keep the session open, but may request to move you to another timeslot.
Adverse and extreme weather conditions (Lightning, Storms, Heavy rain, Snow, Fast River Flow, High winds) - Our staff will check the weather a week prior to your session date, but please note that our Archery, Air Rifles are under shelter and we can move small groups under a shelter for throwing sports.
or unforeseen circumstances - Covid (please read our covid policy below), Serious accidents.

Any cancelled session made by us will be rescheduled to another date and time. We reserve the right to cancel on the day if the conditions are too poor to continue.

For extreme weather conditions: We will contact you in case of adverse weather or inadequate conditions – once a session is booked, presume it will go ahead unless we contact you. We will always check the weather leading up to your session.

If using vouchers, we will only reschedule the session if we have been given advance notice a minimum 48 hours or if we contact you first.

If you cancelled on the day, I'm afraid you will lose your activity slot and your booking fee or voucher.

If you or any member of your household are feeling ill, or have symptoms of Covid-19, please do not attend the session. Call us immediately and if you can provide your Lateral Flow Test via screenshot, we will reschedule you to a later date.
