    SCOUT AND GUIDE GROUPS (10-14 year olds)

    Leaders go for free, (1 must accompany on the water)

    x12 children @£18 per person.

    Group size 12 for 1.5 hours, if you require more, please contact us to check on staff availability.

    We supply boards, paddles, leashes, buoyancy aids as standard.

    Lessons will be 1 instructor to maximum of 6 clients. 

    How to book in.

    1. Select the number of participants in your scout group

    2. Select the date

    3. Fill in your initial details (and do not select 'I am participating', if you are not participating in the session) 

    4. Please fill in the details of everyone participating (Name and Email Address so we can send them the online waiver which needs to be completed prior to the session).

    5. Please click payment and filling in your payment details and confirm. 

    6. Your booking should be confirmed and everyone should receive their online waiver to their email address. If they forget to sign this, we can do this on the day.

    If online disclaimers are an issue we can also email a copy over.

    Arriving on site:

    As you drive over the small humpback bridge, take the next right to Avon Valley Farm before you enter the Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park. Follow this road, over a couple of speed bumps and turn left, following the signs where you will arrive at our car park. Please head to the reception to book in.

    Customer Notice: You will be on the River Avon (between Bath and Bristol), which is home to various wildlife up and down the river. Like any other open-water source, please do your best not to ingest the water as there is a small risk that you could catch something as the river is accessed by the local wildlife. Should you feel ill after the session, please let us know asap so we can keep track of your progress. Should it worsen, please see your local GP and let them know you have been playing in the river so they can perform the correct medical checks.


    Requirements
    1. Under 18's accompanied by an adult on the water.
    2. Children over the age of 12.
    3. Able to swim 25 metres.


    What to bring
    1. Swimwear, Shorts/Boardies
    2. Old trainers/water boots

    4. Glasses strap if needed
    5. Wetsuit if owned
