For the final Full Moon beach bonfire gathering event we will join together to honour and appreciate the element of Earth and Mother Earth and all that she has brought to us and continues to give.
She has provided for us a beautiful summer and now we are here in Late Summer, a time in abundance where earth is still bright and blooming but things are starting to shift towards the cooler months of the year, a time of harvest and reaping the rewards of the summer months. If you feel called to honour and connect to this time come and join us.
What to expect:
- Cacao - time to connect to, enjoy and feel the powers of this beautiful heart opening plant
- breathing meditation and visualisation to connect together with the space we are in, welcome in heartfelt intentions with love
- Earth Practice Breathing Meditation & Centreing - time to connect together and to the space we are held in. To welcome in heartfelt intentions for our future. An inner exploration of where we are now, how far we've come, what we need to go forward, what we need to release, how earth is serving us and how we can serve in return, moving in to a time of harvest, reaping the rewards and appreciating the fullness of this time before fully turning in to autumn and eventually winter
- Journalling - writing what we discover and uncover for ourselves during any of the processes where we feel we would like to write.
- mantra and drumming, feeling the beat of our hearts and the pulse and life of mother earth and nature
- MUSIC & Movement exploration of the grounding earth element, and the other 4 elements. This will be inspired by gentle lightly-guided & suggested movements to music which can then in turn inspire and become your own interpretations of movement with your body, creating a strong body connection and a sense of freedom to be
- Soft & steady Chandra Namaskar practice - guided moon salutations flow to connect to the feminine creative moon energy
- Cleansing water sea dip - optional, and done completely at your own risk. You must be confident in water and able to swim.
- Warm-up round the fire, snacks, music and closing meditation under the night sky and full moon

What to bring
Warm clothing, layers
Yoga Mat
Water
Blanket
Swimming gear, towel etc
Notepad and pen
Camp chair to sit on if you would rather sit on a chair
torch if you might struggle with darkness walking back to the car it may be dark towards the end of the event
A mug or cup to have a hot drink from
& if you have any spare fire wood to contribute that would be great. But please make sure it is paint free and nail free :-) Thank you
Bring a smile and an open mind
& you're welcome to bring alcohol if you fancy a glass of something but I would just ask that this is only consumed after the yoga and sea swim to be safe :-)
