    A joint offering from myself and the gorgeous Rachel & Becci from WardWellbeing this August. A full day of gorgeousness including - yoga, mindfulness, creativity, soul nourishing and replenishing, connecting with nature and each other, time out for yourself to recharge and energize and to create a beautiful sense of overall wellbeing. BLISS :-)

    There'll also be, music, creativity, journalling, meditation and mindfulness, movement and stillness, connecting to nature, a range of complimentary therapies on offer if you'd like to take advantage of those too, we'll be going back to basics and ask that you do a full digital detox switch off, so no phones during the day please to get the full benefit of this event and to be fully present in the day and the great outdoors.

    We have also teamed up with Whitby Wellbeing who will be with us to offer their sauna on the beach experience, which we will be incorporating with sea swims throughout the afternoon. There will be facilities to make herbal teas and a light lunch will be provided as well as some healthy wholesome snacks throughout the day but we do ask that you also bring some of your own food along to enjoy too.

    A full itinerary will be given on the day. Come with an open mind and let us take care of you all and the rest. :-)


    All we ask is that you come and enjoy the day and what we have on offer, take advantage of whatever takes your fancy the most, there will be plenty of options and activities to join in and some you may wish to and others maybe not so much and that is absolutely fine. Just do what feels right and good for you.


    If you'd like a treatment as part of the day we have spaces available for a limited number of treatments throughout the day and will try to fit in as many people as possible. There will be a range of complimentary therapies to choose from, (LIMITED TO 1 TREATMENT PER PERSON)

    You must complete a form and bring this with you on the day if you want to have any treatments these can only be carried out if you've completed the form.

    Please email me to arrange a form being sent, treatments will not be able to go ahead unless you complete and bring the form with you on the day. We will allocate times on the day, treatments will be running through the day but this may mean you can't be in 2 places at once and if you chose to have a treatment it may be when something else is also happening so just be aware of this.

    What to bring

    Some things that you will need to bring:

    Yoga mat

    Chair to sit on if you're not comfortable on the ground

    Warm clothing and layers

    Snacks & water

    Notebook & Pen

    Open mind

    Swimming attire, towel etc

    Sun cream

    & anything else that you might need for the day


    a rough outline of the day - welcome and intention setting, yoga and meditation, music, creativity sessions, connecting with nature, lunch, movement and stillness practice, music/sound, beach fire, swim & sauna, breathwork, journalling, mindfulness & other bits and bobbingtons :-) see what we have on the day for you :-) It will all be gorgeous that we can promise.
