Amazing customer service, amazing location for accommodation, amazing accommodation (lodge cabins), amazing instructor for gorge scrambling (Rhys). I fully intend to take my family to stay at Bryn Bettws Lodge in the future, and hope to go scrambling with Rhys again! I would 100% recommend for stag dos, or family holidays!

An excellent experience, thoroughly enjoyable.  Due to water levels the white water rafting wasn't possible, but this was replaced by gorge walking/canyoning, expertly led by Rhys.  He was very knowledgeable and gently encouraging to participate in each section, slowly building to higher jumps.  A superb activity!
