Guided walk around Ladybower Reservior

Take a walk along the route featured in edition three of season one of the TV series Walks Around Britain, with your tour guide the Walks Around Britain presenter Andrew White.

This 4 mile walk will start at along the A57 road near to the Ashopton Viaduct, and then climbs through Ashopton village to Whinstone Lee Tor, along part of the Derwent Edge for stunning views of the surrounding landscape and then back along the shore of Ladybower.

1. We've graded this walk as MEDIUM.
2. Total ascent - 1400 ft (427m)
3. This walk can get quite boggy in wet conditions.
4. There are no toilet facilities on the walk.

1. Comfortable walking boots/shoes
2. Suitable walking clothing including a waterproof jacket
