A private group session in the sea for Caradon Swimming Club.

The group will split to support different standards/speeds.

This is a coached Open Water Swimming session based at the Royal William Yard/Firestone Bay, Plymouth. Safety cover will be provided by a qualified lifeguard.

Wetsuits are optional. If you wish to attend this session and swim without a wetsuit, a discussion will need to happen before booking (please contact me!)

The water will be cold! We will provide support in the water but it is the swimmer's responsibility to ensure they warm up after the session. Ensure you bring warm clothing and wrap up quickly after the session.

We do not take any responsibility for the arrival or departure. We would however advise that all participants (and spectators) respect social distancing, especially on land. As spectators, please be aware of the size of your group.

SESSIONS MAY BE CANCELLED AT SHORT NOTICE DUE TO THE WEATHER/SEA CONDITIONS.

Cancellation policy:

Money paid is non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by the organiser. In the event of needing to cancel a session, a 95% refund will be issued (5% admin).

Full payment will be made prior to the start of the session (or at an alternative date if agreed).

Failure to give 1 month’s notice to cancel a session will result in a 50% charge.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in you being charged the full amount.

1. Can swim more than 100m in the sea OR have previously attended an Ace Swimming session
2. Be a member of Plymouth Tri club

Wetsuit and/or a swim suit

A warm change of clothes (ensure you get dressed quick after the session)

A drybag/bag to protect towel/robe from the elements while we swim

Suitable footwear (to walk in)

Arrive at the started time: meet at Firestone Bay beach
