Description
This 2 day course offers training and certification which supports qualifications from national governing bodies including the RYA, Mountain Training, British Canoeing, and others.
Outdoor First Aid meets the requirements of the Institute for Outdoor Learning Statement of Good Practice for Outdoor First Aid Training Framework at Band 3.
This course is assessed through ongoing observations and a final written assessment, after successfully completing you will be issued with a Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid, which is valid for 3 years.

What to bring
Meals
Participants should bring a packed lunch, you are welcome to use the fridge and microwave at the centre. Alternatively, lunch can be purchased from nearby shops and restaurants.
Refreshments
Hot drinks and water are available from the Centre.
Valuables
We do have a small safe onsite that can hold phones and car keys, however we suggest leaving expensive valuables at home.
