Description
Active Sail Advanced follows the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Stage 3 syllabus. The extension on the standard 2 day RYA Stage 3 enables young sailors to achieve the award in a comfortable and supportive environment.

What to bring
Meals
Participants should bring a packed lunch, please note that we do not offer fridge or microwave facilities, due to our COVID Secure Measures.
Refreshments
Hot drinks and water are available from the Centre, but ensure your children have enough water to keep them hydrated throughout the day.
Valuables
Please note we do not keep children's valuables on site. We suggest leaving expensive valuables at home.
Clothing List
We will provide all specialist equipment such as buoyancy aids, wetsuits and waterproofs.
We advise you bring:
- Closed toe footwear
- Warm layers would be useful such as a fleece or jumper. It can be much cooler on the water.
- Woolly hat / Sun hat
- Change of clothes - other than the ones you will wear afloat
- Towel, Sun Glasses & security strap, sun screen.
