    Session Information:

Hello, you are booking a 1-hour Public Slip & Slide Session at our 426.5ft Slip and Slide in Blackwater, Cornwall (off the A30, near Truro). The session price includes the use of both single and double rings and, where available, bodyboards. Spectators are free. You are only required to pay for participants (Sliders).

    Maize Maze Information:

We do have a epic 5-acre Maize Maze on site. If you wish to visit it, you will need to book separately. However there is no requirement to book it online and you are more than welcome to turn up on the day.

    Important Notes:

    1. Please arrive on site no later than 30 minutes before your session starts as you will need to check in at reception, change, and attend a safety briefing - you will not be permitted to slide without one.
    2. Please be on time and ensure your 'Disclaimer' forms are completed.
    3. The last and final slide of the session will be called after 50 minutes of your session so the next session can start promptly on the hour.
    4. Allow plenty of time for summer season traffic - we cannot be held responsible for delays getting to the site.
    5. Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome on site. Please keep them on a lead and clean up any mess.

    Before Booking:

Before booking your session, please read our strict cancellation policy.

    Exclusive Use:

We don't offer exclusive use of either the slide or the Maze in August. We do have some availability in July for large groups of 80 persons or for further information please email: mcalwane@hotmail.com and speak to Clare.

    Birthday Parties:

You are more than welcome to bring your birthday party to us. We don't offer exclusivity but we can easily accommodate you in one of our public sessions. To book, just follow the usual booking procedure.

    Weather Safety:

What happens if we have to close due to bad weather? Safety always comes first!

We still operate when it's raining- you are going to get wet anyway. Unfortunately, our British summer weather isn’t always how we would like it to be and we cannot operate in high strong winds or if there is thunder and lightning overhead. Sometimes we have to make a close call last minute as the weather can at times be very changeable, localized and unpredictable. Safety always comes first. If there is a sudden change in weather, we may need to close or pause sliding without notice. However, we are always keeping a good eye on the weather and usually, we know in advance if we need to close, we advise checking on our Facebook or listening to our answerphone before traveling, it may be okay in your area but very different to our site. If we have to cancel, you will receive an email to rearrange your booking or organize a refund. If you haven't heard from us then please still travel to site for your session.  Weather reports change very quickly so we will make the decision as early as possible.
