Rise & Glide is for adults 16 years and over.
Rise & Glide takes place on Wednesday mornings, starting at 10 AM until 12 PM.
We supply every session with boots, skis, and a helmet. However, if you wish to use your own equipment, please feel free to bring it along.

Requirements

Everyone over 16 years is welcome although there is a minimum ski requirement that you can undertake safe linked snowplough turns, control your speed, and use a button lift.

What to bring

Please ensure all participants wear suitable clothing:

Trousers
Long-sleeved tops
Gloves
Ski socks (long thick socks)
Waterproof clothing if the weather requires

This remains the same in hot weather and we do not have spare tops or trousers onsite.
